New Commercial Complete Enhancements - Must have purchased Analyst in 2008 or have the 2008 UAP
- Commercial Complete Import Wizard. With this option you can import data from various data providers; including
Co-Star and your Multilist. If your data source provides the ability to
download data into a text file (CSV file) or to an Excel Spreadsheet, the
information can be imported into Commercial Complete.
- Commercial Complete Field Wizard. The addition of a Field Wizard that enables you to customize any field, rename it, or use it for another purpose. For example, if the Real Estate Tax ID is called a Parcel No. in your area, you can change the name to suit your local area.
- Specific Help Information has been added for each field in Commercial Complete.
This includes the ability to add your own notes to any field, so that you
can add specific instructions on what data should be entered in a field.
A good way to remind yourself or inform colleagues.
- Any field can be printed, or prevented from being printed, on the
Property Datasheet
- Several new fields have been added
- The Buildings Tab has been renamed to the Improvements Tab and has been

| Commercial Complete - Property Data |
Added a section for Listing Data. New fields include Listing Price and
Date, Listing Company, Listing Agent and Phone, and Contact Name and Phone.
Added a Notes field for the Sales section, Assessment section, Typical
Lease section, and Listing section. These fields are useful for making
additional notes or comments. For example, your research of a sale may
reveal that the stated sale price is inaccurate or that it includes the
sale of business assets. These notes do no print on any reports.

Added a Change Font Button and a Print Scale Button to the Print Control Panel so that font size and Print Scale can be modified while viewing a report on the screen.
Added a Global Settings option so that Text, Headers, and Footers can be
automatically displayed on a single or report or all reports for every
analysis that you do.
Modified the Property Datasheet report for better display when printed.
Report will now accommodate single family dwellings. Typical Lease data
will be printed, if entered. |

Added new buttons and Dropdown Menus to facilitate data entry.
Added a Sale Data section that now can include current and previous sale
price data. Growth rates between sales are calculated and displayed.
Added a section for Typical Lease Data so that rental data for the property can be stored and retrieved.
Added an Assessment section. Land and Building data can now be stored for
a property.
Added 54 new fields. Among these is a Community field, a School District
field, a Prior Sale Price field, and several single family fields.
Enhanced the Find function. All fields in a property record can now be
searched.
Either a Building's age or the Year Built can now be entered in the Age
field.
